During the Crypto20 initial capitalization, it was mandatory to lock-in an appropriate Ethereum address with which to receive your tokens. Tokens were sent out in batches after participants locked in their address. Once tokens have been sent, we cannot recover them.

Your tokens will reside at the address that you locked-in. You can search this address on Etherscan to view the balances.

Some wallets may require you to add the token details to view your balance. This allows you to view what is already on the blockchain, it does not create or generate your tokens. The information to add is found here.
