Please ensure,

  • Your wallet address is whitelisted
  • All adblockers and VPNs are disabled
  • Popups are enabled
  • That you have a small amount of ETH in your address that you are redeeming from
  • That your tokens are at your Invictus Wallet or MetaMask address and not another address
  • That 'contract data' is enabled in the Ledger Ethereum application settings, for redemptions via Ledger/MetaMask
