- Your wallet address is whitelisted
- All adblockers and VPNs are disabled
- Popups are enabled
- That you have a small amount of ETH in your address that you are redeeming from
- That your tokens are at your Invictus Wallet or MetaMask address and not another address
- That 'contract data' is enabled in the Ledger Ethereum application settings, for redemptions via Ledger/MetaMask
