To purchase and redeem C10 tokens, you can interact with the Ethereum smart contract.
To interact with the contract you need to whitelist an Ethereum address. To whitelist an address you must successfully complete KYC. Note that persons from the United States, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Mauritius and South Africa cannot pass KYC at this time.
You should whitelist an Ethereum address that you control, not an exchange address. For more help on creating a compatible wallet see this article. Note that purchases and redemptions incur a 0.5% fee. A small amount of ETH must also be in your address to generate any transaction on the Ethereum blockchain.
- Whitelist your ETH address under 'settings' --> 'linked addresses'. Once an address is linked it is whitelisted. This is the address where you will receive your C10 tokens
- Send ETH to the C10 smart contract address from your whitelisted address. C10 smart contract address: 0x000C100050E98C91f9114fa5Dd75CE6869Bf4F53. There is a minimum requirement of 0.05 ETH. If ETH is sent to the wrong address it may be lost; double-check you are sending it to the correct address!
- If the transaction succeeds you can track its progress on the blockchain
- Once the ETH is received, your C10 tokens will be allocated on the next price update. Price updates occur hourly
